General FAQ

  • I purchased an item, but it has become unavailable before I could download it. What happened?

    Two things could have happened. The author uploaded a new version and our staff is reviewing it, or the item has been removed from our catalog due to various reasons. You can contact support specifying the item details page URL and your user name to get more help.


Deposit system FAQ

  • Will my credits expire?

    No, credits associated with your account will remain available forever, until you spend all of them.

  • Can I just buy a single item without using prepaid deposit?

    Unfortunately not yet. You have to deposit at least the minimum amount required for a recharge, which is 10$. We are planning to add this feature soon.


Publishing FAQ

  • Can I update my items with a newer version?

    Yes. 3D Scrab offers the opportunity to update an item by uploading a new version of the same. However, the updated item has to be approved again by our staff before it becomes available to the public. In addition, anyone who purchased your item and wishes to download it, must wait until it has been approved. We recommend not to update your items unless it is really necessary (for example to fix something).

  • What are your payment rates?

    We offer high payment rates for our authors. Every author starts with our maximum payment rate of 70%. You can view our current and past payment rates in any moment in our Payment Rates History Page.

  • Where can I withdraw my sales earnings?

    If you have enough credits coming from your sales, you can withdraw them in any moment in the Redeem page. You have 2 payment options: PayPal and Wire Transfer. To get paid using PayPal you must have at least 50$ credits, while to get paid by Wire Tranfer a minimum of 300$ is required. Once you reach the required sum for your preferred payment method, you will be allowed to request a payment.

  • Can I decide the price for the items I upload?

    Prices are set by 3D Scrab after items' review. However when submitting an item, you can suggest a price in the "Message" box. If possible, your suggestion will be taken into consideration by the reviewer. Keep in mind that prices are set at the sole discretion of our staff, and 3D Scrab is not obligated in any way to comply with the request.

  • What can I do if I do not agree with the price set for my item?

    You can contact our support and describe the reason why you feel that the price is not adequate for your item. Our staff will re-evaluate the price and will act accordingly. Remember that 3D Scrab is not obligated in any way to comply with the request.
